Egyptian actress Somaya El Khashab announced that she will sue her compatriot, Ramez Galal, after she suffered injuries while hosting the prank program “Ramez Jab from the Other.”
Sumaya said in television statements that she suffered severe injuries to her arm and foot, adding that “prank programs are available and justified, but why do we put people’s lives at risk? There is no justification for appearing, becoming famous, and making views at the expense of the health of others.”
She confirmed that she had filed a lawsuit against Ramez Jalal, denying the rumors that she was aware of the prank and agreed to show the episode.
She said: “It is said that I was aware of the prank, and that I signed a contract to do so. Is there a person who would sign a contract to expose himself to being broken and to expose his life and health to danger?”
A source from within the program indicated that the artist knew the details of the prank, and that she agreed to show the episode, and was also paid for it.
Somaya Al-Khashab fell victim to the program “Ramez Gap from the Other” in the episode that was shown on the 11th of this Ramadan, and with her was the artist Aiten Amer, who had a previous dispute over wearing the same dress on different occasions.
