Al-Marsad Newspaper: The Benha Criminal Court in Qalyubia Governorate in Egypt issued a death sentence by hanging a housewife, and 3 years’ rigorous imprisonment for her husband, after convicting them of luring a retired man and killing him in a horrific way.
The two defendants hypnotized the employee with food, then cut his body into three parts and threw it in the Helwan desert to hide the signs of their crime and claim that there were differences with the victim because of an illegal relationship with the accused.
The prosecution had referred “Abeer M.H.”, 45 years old, a housewife, and “Osama AAA,” 51 years old, an employee, to the Criminal Court because, during the month of October 2021, they kidnapped the victim, Abdel-Azim Sayed Ahmed, and that was by fraud. That the first accused lured him under the allegation of their illegal relationship, that she called him and they met at the house of one of her relatives, knowing that it was empty of people, and as soon as the victim came to her, she allowed him to enter, and that was when the second accused was her husband in one of the rooms of the house as shown in the investigations .
The crime occurred after a previous dispute between the victim and the first accused as a result of an illegal relationship that brought them together to threaten her with video clips of them during that relationship, so she and the second accused decided to get rid of him and take his life.
