Egypt discovered a new oil field in the Sahara desert

[カイロ ２７日 ロイター] – The Egyptian Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources announced on the 27th that they have discovered a new oil field in the Sahara desert.

Test drilling of the oil field discovered in the Kalabusha development area has yielded 7,165 barrels of oil per day and 23 million cubic feet of gas.
