On Tuesday, November 17, 2020, around 5 p.m., a police patrol was on the way at the train station in Efringen-Kirchen. Here a man was sitting on a bench, who for no reason showed the passing policemen his middle finger. During the subsequent control, he threatened the police and yelled at passers-by.

As he continued to behave aggressively and threateningly approach the officers, the 53-year-old drunk was overwhelmed and taken into custody. In addition to the costs of custody, he is now facing corresponding criminal charges.
