Unpleasant bypassing clothes dryers in the apartment and dislike of ironing can be a thing of the past. The first solution is a dryer. But it is much cheaper to learn how to hang clothes correctly. If you hang your clothes well, they will dry much faster and ironing will be easier.
Laundry in the winter months
Not all households are still equipped with a dryer, and even if they were, clothes dryers cannot completely disappear. That’s why it pays to know a few rules about how to properly hang and dry laundry. It pays off especially in the winter months, when you limit ventilation and drying laundry indoors means increased humidity. You certainly don’t want to deal with mold, it’s easier to focus on drying the laundry as quickly as possible. You can help it.
Take care of the washing machine
Soft and fragrant laundry starts with a clean washing machine. A washing machine is a place where there is increased humidity with minimal ventilation. Bacteria multiply, all kinds of fungi grow. You should thoroughly clean your washing machine once every 14 days. It is also important to follow the alternation of laundry temperatures. Short low temperature cycles should be alternated with long high temperature cycles. Thanks to this, the washing powder is rinsed well and the washing machine is partially cleaned. (Of course, this is no substitute for deep and thorough cleaning.)

Do less laundry
Due to the increase in energy prices, many people try to save money on laundry and load the washing machine to the maximum possible capacity or over it. The laundry is then wrinkled and slightly scented. Rinsing and wringing is also not enough. Such laundry dries harder and takes longer. Put a smaller amount in the drum of the washing machine and pay attention to the fact that each program is designed for a different volume of laundry. If you have a washing machine that is designed to wash, for example, 9 kg of laundry, you can only put in half the amount for programs for wool or synthetics.
Effective laundry hanging
Laundry dries much faster when it has enough air around it. Therefore, space the dryer at larger intervals or use a small trick. Hang shirts, blouses, t-shirts on the drying rack already on the hangers. The laundry will dry in a vertical position, it will smell better and you can iron it better. With hangers, air flows around the laundry better, drying time is significantly reduced.
