On October 28, the annual conference of the Ida-Virumaa region of the Estonian Central Party was held in Sillamäe.
The chairman of the Estonian Center Party, Mihhail Kõlvart, vice-chairmen Jaak Aab and Lauri Laats, secretary general of the party Anneli Ott and Riigikogu faction chairman Tanel Kiik took part in the conference.
Eevi Paasmäe was elected as the chairman of the region, Dmitri Dmitrijev, Alevtina Jermakova and Kätlin Päaro were appointed as vice-chairmen.
In addition to the chairman and vice-chairmen, the board members of the region include Valeri Abramovič, Dmitri Lett, Vladimir Vysotski, Johannes Neiland, Aleksei Naumkin and Maarika Priske.
Tõnis Kalberg, Dmitri Dmitrijev, Alevtina Jermakova, Aleksei Naumkin were elected members of the Central Party council.
Helju Männi and Max Kaur were elected members of the revision committee.
Eevi Paasmäe: “I congratulate everyone who was elected. The upcoming year will certainly not be easy for us, the European Parliament elections are ahead and local elections in 2025. We must certainly continue to stand for the preservation of the values of the Central Party. For the party to move forward more successfully, we all need consensus, trust and finding a common ground. We want to decide, we can take responsibility together, but we want to be involved.”
