Job overview: The role of the educator is the foundation of our success as an organization. Educators are experts in creating a world-class customer service or guest experience in our retail stores. You will be responsible for engaging with our guests, sharing quality product training, and speaking authentically about our community and culture.

Main tasks of the job

Guest (i.e. customer) experience

  • Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a way that values ​​guests’ time.
  • Assess guest needs to provide tailored, effective purchasing and returns solutions and support.
  • Providing technical product training by articulating the value and benefits of the product.
  • Enabling a seamless end-to-end guest experience through accurate and timely guest transactions and executing market-relevant omnichannel programs (e.g. buy online/pick up in store, telesales and ship from store) according to company standards.
  • Move dynamically around the sales floor to continually engage with guests and attend to guest needs or store matters.
  • Receive guest feedback and work with store management to take appropriate action and “get it right” for guests.

  • Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by embracing and celebrating differences to ensure a supportive and engaging experience for all team members and guests.
  • Build supportive and productive relationships with all team members.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure an optimal guest experience and support business operations.

Workflows

  • Perform product presentation tasks (e.g., putting items back in place, replenishing or moving non-existent items from inventory to the sales floor, retrieving or relocating items) in accordance with company standards.
  • Use of in-store technology to support store operations and provide a positive guest experience.
  • Perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift to maintain the store’s luxurious environment.
  • Understand and adhere to employee safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures and laws or regulations.

Job Requirements

Eligibility criteria

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have proof of work authorization and evidence relating to relevant local legal requirements (EMEA only)
  • Must be able to use own transportation to get to assigned store

Availability

  • Willingness to arrange flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays

Other readiness requirements

  • Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music
  • Willing to walk around a store most of a shift to assist guests and complete work
  • Willingness to move boxes weighing up to 30 pounds (13.6 kg).
  • Willingness to work in a team and also do some work independently
