N’zérékoré, 08 Dec. (AGP) – Around a hundred school directors, heads of establishments and school directors of education from the municipalities of convenience as well as the focal points of the six (6) Prefectural Directorates of Education (DPE) of the N’zérékoré region, began Monday, December 07 a workshop focused on educational and administrative leadership.
Organized by the Department of Education with the support of UNICEF, the 14-day meeting aims to strengthen the skills and capacities of teachers.
An opportunity for participants to be equipped on modules such as inclusive education, children’s government, the child protection system in Guinea and the management of multigrade classes. Also organizational pedagogical leadership, all complemented by time management.
For the head of the mission Mamady Dioubaté, the holding of such a forum after one week of the opening of classes, constitutes an effective tool for the success of the school year because, he says, it requires involvement and the effective participation of each and everyone.
