With state support and the help of donations, children and young people in Saxony who fled from the war in Ukraine are to receive music lessons. A total of 35,000 euros are available for corresponding offers in the next few weeks, as the Saxon Music Council announced on Friday. There is a great need for instrumental lessons, the previous voluntary commitment should be specifically supported and Ukrainian music teachers should also be involved. The cooperation partners include the Landesgymnasium für Musik, the Saxon Mozart Society, the Saxony Jazz Association and the Musaik association – make music without borders in Dresden.
