The head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov discussed the state of affairs in the field of education at an extended meeting in Grozny on Tuesday. He reported this on his Telegram channel.
As R. Kadyrov wrote, he listened to the reports of the responsible persons, noting that in general the education system of the republic is developing dynamically, modern technologies and teaching methods are being introduced.
Minister of Education and Science of the Chechen Republic Khozh-Baudi Daaev reported on the work being carried out. This year, seven new kindergartens with 780 places were put into operation. As part of the state program of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Utilities and Energy of the Chechen Republic, two more kindergartens with 200 seats are being built.
Thanks to the work being done, there has been an increase in the average Unified State Examination score in the main subjects, as well as a decrease in the number of graduates who have not received a certificate. There are only 2 percent of them. The number of high-scoring students has also increased.
The head of the Chechen Republic drew attention to the need to strengthen control over children who skip classes and bring this circumstance to their parents so that they take action and work with them.
In her report on the results of an unscheduled certification of heads of educational organizations of the Chechen Republic, the first deputy head of the Administration of the Head and Government of the Chechen Republic, Minister of the Chechen Republic Khadija Kadyrova, said that a number of shortcomings were identified, as a result of which 11 directors were relieved of their positions. Also, 4 heads of district education departments did not pass certification.
The head of the Chechen Republic instructed to take special attention to the appointment of heads of schools and education departments, as well as to create a commission that will deal with the solution of the task, compliance with all norms and procedures prescribed in the legislation. Such violations should not exist.
“Responsibility for the result will be borne by the heads of district education departments and heads of municipalities. We must not allow such important issues to be neglected. Education is the future of our people, and we must make it worthy!” – summed up R. Kadyrov.
