Dornbirn Around 50 mostly young demonstrators gathered on Tuesday evening on the Dornbiner market square to fight against the amendment to the University Act. Co-organizer Lina Feurstein (17) from the campaign for critical pupils (aks) had the impression that education policy is in hibernation in view of the pandemic. After the presentation of the novel, she would have preferred it to have stayed in hibernation. Together it went against the pressure to perform and the limitation of educational access through the required minimum success. With the extension of home lessons now in the room, the student representatives like Annika Wakolbinger (18) are also sticking to their requirements for the Matura, such as shortening the material. Her consolation: If the lessons continue like this, nobody will be able to start studying this year.
