How long?
The duration of the exemption is a maximum of six working days within a calendar year.
For what?
The Saarland Law on Further Education and Education Allowance enables educational leave for general further education, political further education and professional further education as well as for events that integrate these three areas.
As?
At least six weeks before the start of the event, the use of educational leave must be requested from Ford as an employer. What is new is that the employer must give feedback no later than four weeks before the start of the event.
