Since 1is May 2021, certain teaching and education staff, permanent and contractual benefit from an attractiveness bonus called Grenelle premium. Who is concerned ?
The attractiveness bonus is paid to:
- teaching staff;
- senior education advisers;
- national education psychologists;
- and contract agents performing the same functions.
The beneficiaries are the agents belonging to the first grade of their corps, having completed their probationary period.
To know : Teaching staff fully exercising their functions in a higher education establishment as well as those belonging to a body accessible only by list of aptitudes do not benefit from the attractiveness bonus.
