Lutz nevertheless tried to convey confidence: by the end of the decade, the necessary renovations at schools and day-care centers should be completed. However: Then there are other tasks waiting. This should also include the legal right to all-day care, for which, for example, the construction of cafeterias is necessary. Lutz: “We have to readjust that too.”
There is also an investment backlog in many other urban buildings such as the Brombacher Schlössle or the town hall. According to Lutz, the latter alone is a “gigantic task”.
