Educacin publishes the provisional list with the month of 4,500 admitted to the competition of merits of the plan of stabilization

OVIEDO, 15 (EUROPA PRESS)

The Asturian Government Minister of Education published this Wednesday in the Official Gazette of the Principality (BOPA) the provisional list of applicants for the merits contest for the stabilization plan for teaching staff. The initial number of admitted amounts to 4,563 people, who will choose to cover 234 places distributed among 73 specialties.

The provisional list includes another 268 people who have been excluded and who will have a period of ten working days to present allegations or correct possible errors. The most frequent reasons for exclusion are non-payment of the corresponding fees or incomplete presentation of the required documentation.

Once the deadline for allegations has ended, the counselor will be in charge of assessing the merits of the applicants to later send that documentation to the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training. The process should be completed by June 15.

By bodies, for Secondary School teachers, 2,328 applications have been submitted for a total of 139 places; for teachers, 1,640 requests for 29. In Plastic Arts and Design, 264 requests for 27. In Music and Performing Arts, 225 requests for 28. And in the Official School of Languages, 106 requests for 11 positions.

The specialty with the highest number of applicants per position offered has been Physical Education, in the body of teachers, with 121, and the lowest, Stage Direction, in the body of Music and Plastic Arts, with 3.5.

CONTEST

On the other hand, the counselor keeps open until February 28 the period for submitting applications for the extraordinary selective procedure for stabilization by competition-opposition of the teaching staff of the Secondary schools. The offer will consist of 833 places in 39 specialties and there will be another 16 for the Official School of Languages.

Another 479 places in the teaching staff will remain pending for the competition-opposition within the stabilization process, whose deadline for submission will be in November of this year.

This procedure will consolidate a total of 1,562 positions currently occupied by interim teaching staff. These positions were negotiated as part of an extraordinary public employment offer for the entire Administration, which was approved by the UGT, CCOO and CSIF trade union organizations.
