JAKARTA – Actors, comedians and presenters Edric Tjandra successfully running a healthy lifestyle program by losing weight after undergoing the program diet . Admittedly by the actor who started his big screen career in the film Tulalit in 2008, he managed to lose 9 kilograms in weight in just 8 weeks.

The presenter who was born in Jakarta, February 28, 1985 said that some time ago, he gained a lot of weight. At the same time, changes occurred in his stomach, which looked even more bulging. “I lost 9 kg of weight. From 90 kg to 81 kg and most importantly my blood results. Praise God everything is better and normal. Now I feel healthier, lighter now. and don’t get tired / sleepy anymore, plus not too fast, “he said.

His efforts to diet and exercise have yielded pleasurable results. Now, Edric is back with a body that is getting fitter and slimmer. Not only that, he feels healthier and no longer tired in his activities. Even though his body is much better than before, the husband of Venny Chandra said there are still a number of things that need to be considered.

But what is clear, Edric feels healthier and not easily tired. “There is still some homework (especially the cholesterol is getting higher) because yesterday’s birthday was really cheating, now I want to go back on the diet and next the blood check will be better,” said Edric. “But now I feel healthier, lighter and not as fast as tired / sleepy anymore, plus I don’t feel too fast,” he continued.

Apparently, this is the secret of Abigail Tjandra’s father’s success in losing weight.
