From Friday 10 to Sunday 12 December the COVID-19 vaccine booster for adults over 60 years of age in 16 municipalities of the Mexico state.
The municipalities where the booster will be vaccinated are: Polotitlán, Soyaniquilpan, Timilpan, Aculco, Chapa de Mota, Villa del Carbón, Acambay, El Oro, Temascalcingo, Ixtlahuaca, Jiquipilco, Jocotitlán, San Felipe del Progreso, San José del Rincón, Jilotepec and Atlacomulco,
The vaccination days will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; the older adults they do not need prior registration.

They will be able to receive the booster dose, which will be the biological AstraZeneca, all people over 60 years of age who completed their primary immunization schedule more than six months ago.

Through a statement, the authorities of the governments of Mexico and the State of Mexico, indicated that for this stage, prior registration on the platform is not required. www.mivacuna.salud.gobThey only need to carry an identification that proves their age and a proof of address to verify their residence in the municipality where they will be immunized.
The authorities reiterated that the vaccine is free and safe, so it is not necessary to spend the night or arrive at the modules at dawn.
