We want more biographies of Colombian women artists on Wikipedia!
In Wikipedia there is a gender gap that is impacting the content, the references and the voices that are made audible, however, there are others that are not yet heard. On this occasion, we want to create, write, and improve articles on Colombian artists who are benchmarks not only in the country, but also in the region and the world. We will speak and write from Colombia, with a gender perspective and also from a meeting theme that is art.

security protocol
we welcome to the Security Protocol for Editatonas Arte+Feminismo in which we present actions that allow us to provide a harassment-free experience at our events for all people, regardless of race, gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, abilities, physical appearance, size body, age, religion, marital status or any other vector of identity. Each and every one of the organizers and their sponsors who join in working on our campaign have to share our commitment to create brave spaces for all people. This means that the Arte+Feminismo editathons are spaces where we agree to work together to break our implicit and explicit prejudices not only on Wikipedia, but also in our interactions with each other and those who join us in editing. It also means that we agree to hold ourselves accountable, all of us who participate, for the ways in which we contribute or subtract to generate safe and courageous spaces. Let’s point out harm when we see it and work within the community to speak up when/if we see event attendees experiencing microaggressions, unfair and/or biased treatment, and inequitable exclusion. For more information on the protocol, you can find it at this link.
