“September-October 2020 Edhy gave money to Betty Elista a total of Rp 15 million,” continued the prosecutor.
In addition, Edhy’s ‘hot’ money also flowed to his three personal secretaries. The three women who received the bribes were Anggia Tesalonika Kloer, Putri Elok Sekar Sari, and Eflin Dwi Putri Septian.
In this case, Edhy Prabowo was charged with violating Article 12 letter a or Article 11 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Corruption as amended by Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Corruption Crimes in conjunction Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code in conjunction Article 65 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.
