Edelweiss will be flying to the USA again this summer

The Swiss holiday airline is offering 75 destinations in 32 countries worldwide in the 2022 summer flight schedule. This is 13 more destinations than this summer. The number of flights will be increased by 16 percent compared to summer 2021. Edelweiss is expanding its range to the Canary Islands, mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, Egypt, Italy and the north of Europe. In addition, Newquay in England will be served for the first time. new destinations are Bergen, Bilbao and Cork.

After a long break, popular holiday destinations in North America are served again on long-haul routes. From March 2nd, Edelweiss will again be flying to Tampa Bay in Florida up to two times a week and from April 4th to Las Vegas again up to three times a week. Vancouver and Calgary, the two popular holiday destinations in Canada, will be included again in the flight program at the end of May. There are three flights to Vancouver and Calgary two times a week from Zurich. There will be two weekly flights to Denver from June 13th.

The Caribbean program with Cancun, Punta Cana, Puerto Plata, Montego Bay in Jamaica, Havana, San José and Liberia in Costa Rica will also be offered next summer. The two new holiday destinations Kilimanjaro and Zanzibar in Tanzania will be served for the first time in summer and each will be expanded by a weekly flight. As this year, Edelweiss will also serve the Maldives next summer with up to three weekly connections.
