Nketiah played Real Madrid attacking midfielder Odegaard at Arsenal during the second half of last season.
The 22-year-old Norwegian international joined the Gunners on loan from Madrid in the January transfer window.

Nketiah said of Odegaard on Soccer AM: “He is a good player. He’s very comfortable with the ball, technically very good. He is a very good passer of the ball ”.
Arsenal Loan Spell
Odegaard did well during his loan to Arsenal.
The 22-year-old made nine starts and five backup appearances in the Premier League for the Gunners.
The young man scored a goal and gave two assists in those games.
Odegaard also scored a goal in six Europa League games for the north London club.

Arsenal comeback rumor
The Norwegian has been linked to a return to the Emirates Stadium.
Football.London reported earlier this month that Arsenal manager Edu is convinced he will be able to sign Odegaard, either on loan or permanently.
Athletic has also claimed interest in Arsenal’s Odegaard.

The former Everton boss is likely to give Odegaard a chance in the preseason.
