Last May, Ed Sheeran published Substract – his most personal album to date. Carried by pieces such as Boat or Eyes Closed, the opus has made a name for itself in the rankings. And obviously, the British artist has not finished breaking records.
This weekend, while performing at MetLife Stadium (in New York), the interpreter of Don’t performed in front of nearly 89,000 people – an attendance record for a concert given within the structure.

« I played my biggest concert in the United States today and broke the ticket record at MetLife”declares Ed Sheeran on Instagram. “My dad told me if you can make it in New York, you can make it anywhere, and today I remembered my first gig at the Mercury Lounge in 2012 in front of 130 people. It’s like a dream today. I love you all, see you in Toronto”.
On the American tour, Ed Sheeran will perform in particular in Vancouver, Chicago or Boston during the summer.
