She didn’t quite follow protocol? It is at the limit a civil fault…maybe…but certainly not a criminal fault”.
The doctor is prosecuted for endangering others and fraud. The investigations are continuing. Five days after being vaccinated, the family member saw no increase in antibodies in his serology. Possible saline overdose when reconstituting the dose? A second review is underway.
For her part, the relative said of the doctor: ”She is out of the ordinary… Her fault is to like people”.
