Screen definition:
The screen is made up of several elements: a glass, a touchscreen, a panel, a frame and a backlight.
Definition of warranty:
The screen (display) is GUARANTEED FOR LIFE (this warranty is limited to the lifetime of the phone).
The remaining elements are guaranteed for 30 days against hidden defects and lack of conformity.
Example of issues covered by the warranty:
- White spots
- Tactile bug
- Pixel mort
- Chassis detached
- Wrong size screen
- Malfunction, connection problem between the screen and the home button due to the screen.
- Proximity sensor malfunction due to screen
Screen Warranty Limit: No support will be possible if your screen has one of the following problems (non-exhaustive list):
- Fissure
- Broken
- Burn, Overheating
- Black spot
- Screen won’t turn on
- Lost or missing components
- Oxidation
Example of a defect not covered by the warranty:
- We also inform you that Samsung and Huawei Service Pack screens are not eligible for our warranty program. Therefore, no exchange or refund will be made on these parts.
