ECOWAS Commission organizes the first High Level Meeting of Directors General of State Public Media | www.l-integration.com – INTEGRATION

This two-day strategic meeting, which will be held on September 5-6, 2024 at the headquarters of the ECOWAS Commission in Abuja, Nigeria, aims to strengthen cooperation between ECOWAS and State Media for better visibility and dissemination of credible and quality information and programs on ECOWAS Achievements across Member States.

This consultative meeting with government media leaders will also seek to develop and implement a strategy to strengthen the role of the national media in the fight against corruption and for the ECOWAS 2050 vision of people , peace and prosperity for all, to bring about, the night before the day. 50th anniversary of the sub-regional institute.

(MFWA), organizing the first high-level meeting of the directors-general of the public media at the

ECOWAS Member States.

This two-day strategic meeting, which will be held on 5th and 6th September 2024, at the headquarters of the ECOWAS Commission in Abuja, Nigeria, aims to strengthen collaboration between ECOWAS and the State media for visibility better and disseminate reliable and quality information and programs on ECOWAS achievements in all Member States.

This consultative meeting with those responsible for government media also aims to develop and implement a strategy to strengthen the role of the national media in the fight against disinformation and in being realizing the ECOWAS Vision 2050 of people, peace and prosperity for all, on the eve of the 50th anniversary of the sub-regional institution.
