On April 22, 2024, ECREEE unveiled its new website, designed to provide easy access to information on sustainable energy initiatives in the ECOWAS region. The website aims to promote greater awareness of ECREEE’s commitment to promoting renewable energy and energy efficiency in West Africa.
It features an easy-to-use interface, intuitive navigation, updated and mobile content, to allow users to get information about ECREEE, its programs / projects, initiatives, publications, news and events. It offers many resources aimed at different stakeholders, including policy makers, the private sector, civil society, the academic and scientific world, technical and financial partners and the public. in general.
The new website is designed to promote the visibility of ECOWAS initiatives in the region in the areas of renewable energy and energy efficiency. With content available in the three official ECOWAS languages (English, French, Portuguese) and links to the portal of the ECOWAS Commission and other specialized institutions and organizations, it will be an entry point to obtain the information and keep up to date with ECOWAS between -inventions in the field of sustainable energy.
