– During the start-up of the unit, a block valve was jammed on the water supply line to the absorption column, and due to the limited supply of demineralized water to the column, the scientific and technological revolution was violated with a short-term release of nitrous gas into the atmosphere for 5 minutes, – reports the Department of Ecology for the Mangistau region.
