The association “Marco Mirra” donate to the hospital of Eboli an automatic massager. The new generation machinery will be installed in the department Cardiologydirected by the head physician Michele Capassodove Marco Mirra he held the role of doctor for several years, before his untimely death. The machine will be used for cardiac resuscitation of patients, before continuing treatment with pharmacological solutions. The automatic massager will be used for patients in respiratory distress and will be delivered by the lady Annamaria CataldoMirra’s mother, to the head doctor of the department. The health director of the hospital will be present at the eventAsl, First Sergianithe director of the Eboli hospital, Gerardo Liguorithe mayor of Eboli, Mario Contethe primary Luigi Capasso and medical and nursing staff.
The flagship
The Cardiology department is the flagship of the Eboli hospital. With two hemodynamic operating rooms and one for electrophysiology, it has rapidly climbed the national ranking of the most efficient departments in Italia. In addition to the operating rooms there is also the resuscitation unit, with seven beds (theUtic). There are already many patients in critical conditions saved by the Eboli Cardiology doctors. The list of certificates of esteem grows longer day by day. The nine years, the steps forward are truly multiple. Focusing on hemodynamics in 2015 was a decidedly happy choice. The Autopulse device will be donated thanks to the funds raised by a campaign started by Biocontrol Laboratory in synergy with the Fra Umile Fidanza Foundation.
