Uganda is in the grip of the largest Ebola outbreak in the country in more than 20 years. According to the World Health Organization, the highly contagious disease has already killed at least 19 people. The surrounding countries are seriously concerned and are taking measures. Does the country have sufficient resources to contain the epidemic? And what preparations are the rest of the international community making?
