A new study revealed that eating cardamom, which is one of the main ingredients in Indian cuisine, can help you lose weight significantly.

When conducting an experiment on the hungrier mice, the researchers found that the spice helped control the mechanism that regulates how fat is broken down and how energy is produced in the liver and muscles.
