Combining healthy & quick cooking, Eat Salad continues to develop its concept of salad bars throughout France. The brand moved to Lyon with two new points of sale. Thus, the same month, the network opened in the Confluence district and at Lyon airport.
Two Lyon openings
In August, two new Eat Salad restaurants were opened in the Lyon region. Thus, the first took place in the Confluence district, a very attractive post-industrial district. The restaurant located at 87 rue Smith has just moved to the foot of a high-end architectural project. As for the second, it opened in Lyon airport, a first for the brand. With this new restaurant, Eat Salad is developing its concept of salad bars and strengthening the fast food offer in the boarding area of Terminal 1.
Regarding the proposed offer, Eat Salad Lyon Confluence offers the summer menu with fresh and seasonal products such as gazpachos and delicious smoothies, while the airport offer has been adapted to the particular context of its location. Thus, travelers can fully benefit from an offer more suited to their demands:
