- 5th if the Heat loses both matches AND if the Pacers win both matches.
INDIANA
- 4th if the Heat loses both matches AND if the Pacers win both matches.
- 5th if the Heat wins at least one game AND if the Pacers and Sixers lose at least one game.
- 6th if the Pacers lose their two matches AND if the Sixers win their two matches (against the Raptors and the Rockets).
PHILADELPHIA
- 5th if the Pacers lose both matches AND if the Sixers win both matches.
- 6th if the Pacers win a game OR if the Sixers lose at least one game.
