When is the licensed Easter paid
The payment of the Easter Receipt will take place on Friday, April 26, as stated in the relevant e-EFKA announcement. The amount to be paid to the beneficiaries amounts to 37,418,964.36 euros.
It is reminded that it is paid three times a year. Specifically.
- Easter: For employment September – December as the First Quarter
- In August: For January-April employment as the Second Quarter
- Christmas: For employment May – August as the 3rd Quarter
What is the Licentious Passover?
Due to the nature of their profession artisans builders (frequent change of employers and place of employment), with the provisions of articles 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Law 4321/63, as they apply after their amendment with the provisions of Law 4469/65, was established in v. IKA-ETAM “Special Gift and Vacation Allowance Account for Craftsman Builders” (ELDEO) for the granting of holiday gifts and vacation allowances to the insured in accordance with the provisions of the Builders’ Insurance Regulation.
Resource of the account is employers’ contributionequal to 25% of earnings on which the are calculated insurance contributions in favor of e-EFKAwhich is contributed by e-EFKA together with the corresponding insurance contributions.
The insured receives the amount paid by the employer, after deducting the labor contribution (17.32%, as it applies today).
Example: For gross earnings of 100 euros X 25% = 25 euros the employer pays to e-EFKA for ELDEO, 25 euros – 4.33 euros (17.32%) = 20.67 euros the insured receives.
Who are entitled to it?
Craftsman builders are entitled to Free Easter.
Beneficiaries who have not declared their bank account details can declare them exclusively online, or on the e-EFKA website efka.gov.gr (selection-> Electronics Services->Mercenaries ->Individually Data), or through corresponding options in the single digital portal of the public administration gov.gr.
In the event that the beneficiary does not declare the IBAN number in time, i.e. declares it after the start date of the calculation flows of each License, the entitled amount will be paid in the immediately following quarter.
