Easings will come from Monday – the tightened measures will expire on Sunday

The incidence value for the Pinneberg district has currently leveled off between 80 and 90. This means that the measures that had to be tightened when the incidence of 100 was exceeded are to be withdrawn.

“I am happy that we managed to stay stable below the 100 incidence this week and that we can now take opening steps again. For all of us – citizens, companies, sports clubs, daycare centers and schools, etc. – it is important not to have to adjust to other measures every week, but to be able to rely on a certain continuity. We can all make our contribution to this. Continue to pay attention to the hygiene and distance regulations and wear mouth and nose coverings. Please use the test options offered in many places, ”said District Administrator Elfi Heesch about the joint decision made by the district and the state.

“However, there is still no talk of relaxation. In terms of infection rates, it is currently good that we are on vacation. In this respect, fewer people are on the road overall and therefore less exposed to contact, ”she adds. “For the limited regular operation of the daycare centers, which is now possible again, we would have wished that child-friendly test options were available for next week. Unfortunately, that is not the case yet. “

With cautious optimism, we are returning to the corona protective measures otherwise applicable to Schleswig-Holstein with an incidence between 50 and 100.

This means from Monday:

  • Private meetings in the public and private sector: 5 people from 2 households (excluding children up to and including 14 years of age)
  • Daycare centers: limited regular operation
  • Offers de child and youth welfare: again up to 10 people possible
  • Indoor areas of leisure and cultural facilities: by appointment
  • Sport:
    • alone or together with people living in the same household or another person,
    • outside of closed rooms without physical contact in groups of up to ten people,
    • outside of closed rooms without physical contact in fixed groups of up to 20 children up to the age of 14 under the guidance of up to two instructors.
  • Retail: click & meet for those who were previously available through click & collect; there is no restriction to one person per household
  • Body-hugging services: no negative test result required

Thus, the regulations of the state ordinance to combat the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 (Corona-Befämpfungsverordnung – Corona-BekämpfVO) and the decree of the state Supplementary measures if the 7-day incidence of 50 new infections per 100,000 inhabitants caused by the Pinneberg district is implemented in a corresponding general decree.

Nothing changes in the areas specified for wearing a mouth and nose covering. This regulation will be extended until May 9th.

Some special regulations apply to Heligoland:
  • Daycare centers in regular operation
  • Extension of the special access and entry requirements until May 9th
  • The restrictions of the 50th decree do not apply to Heligoland.
  • New: The Heligoland ports are only open to a limited extent. A (private) user must have a contract for a permanent berth. The boats must be self-sufficient from the port’s communal facilities. Personal hygiene including going to the toilet must take place on your own boat. The transfer of the boat or the berth to third parties is not permitted. The general hygiene rules and contact restrictions must also be followed in the port area.
