Easing of Primary Stage Curricula and Results of Entrance Exams for Schools of Excellence – Ministry of Education

Official sources at the Ministry of Education and Technical Education confirmed that the easing of the primary stage curricula took into account the learning outcomes in the academic subjects, stressing that there have been amendments made in the curricula with the aim of making the curricula suitable for the study time, adding that there will be no easing of the curricula during the new academic year, as The topics have become balanced, taking into account the timetable for study, and the curricula are designed to suit the age levels of the learners.

Dr. Reda Hegazy was approved Minister of Education And technical education, today, Tuesday, the results of the entrance exams for both the Schools of Excellence in Science and Technology (STEM) and the School of Excellence for Boys in Ain Shams.

A number of (15,641) male/female students applied to enroll in the schools for excellence in science and technology (STEM), with (7,422) boys and (8,219) girls holding a preparatory certificate from various governorates.

A number of (1,205) male students and (1,193) female students were accepted, after successfully passing the admission tests prepared by the National Center for Educational Examinations and Evaluation, which were held electronically and included tests in mathematics, science, English language, and mental aptitude.

It is scheduled that these students will be coordinated and distributed to outstanding schools for boys and girls according to the desires they previously wrote down when applying.

Regarding the Outstanding Boys School in Ain Shams, a number of (5,048) students applied for admission, and a number of (96) students who successfully passed the four examinations scheduled for them were accepted.
