Another earthquake in Velichie. The so-called party leader, Lt. Col. Nikolay Markov announced on Facebook that he will not participate in the elections with Velichie.
“Open and closed party and semi-party meetings are being held with active citizens and the public in connection with the upcoming elections. I am receiving information that people are being misled en masse, even with personal phone calls, by incorrect use of my name,” he notes.
Therefore, Markov warned his sympathizers that he does not participate in political projects.
“Any mention of my name in this context is a manipulation and a lie. Do not be misled. Every political contender, and eventual leader, must have his own face and win supporters with it. It is especially unpleasant for me when former partners with whom we are already going on different paths, they are abusing in the most ugly and insidious way. We don’t like each other anymore, there is a lack of trust – continue on your way without me and see what you will find there,” commented Markov.
“Standart” recalls that recently the other leader of the collapsed “Velichie” – Ivelin Makhailov, who defines himself as the ideologist of the party, announced in a TV interview that this time he will appear in the elections and lead two lists. His goal was to become a deputy and leader of the PG of Velichie. After the scandals and the split of the party in the 50th National Assembly, however, sociologists leave the party below the 4 percent threshold for entering the parliament.
