The quake was felt in Athens
An earthquake measuring 4.7 on the Richter scale has rocked Greece, reported the Seismological Laboratory of the University of Athens. It was recorded at 06:32 local time. Its epicenter was in the sea – 56 km northeast of Athens, at a depth of 13.3 km.

Ten minutes later, a 3.4 magnitude aftershock followed. An hour later, two new earthquakes were registered in the same area. They were 4.1 and 4.2 on the Richter scale, Kathimerini reports.

Before that, within 2-3 hours, several weaker earthquakes of magnitude 2-2.5 were recorded in the area.
So far there are no reports of injuries or material damage.
