However, because the height of this meteor shower is different from Sabang to Rote Island, the intensity can also be different.

Reported by the Center for Space Science (Pussainsa) EIGHT, the peak intensity of the Quadrantid meteor shower ranges from:

Sabang (35.8 degrees): 117 meteors/hour.

Rote Island (16.3 degrees): 56 meteors/hour.

LAPAN said that without the light of the Moon, this phenomenon can be enjoyed without assistance.

The Quadrantid meteor shower can be seen when the sky is clear and free of light pollution, and the terrain is clear of obstructions.
