Offenbach (dpa/lhe) – The early summer excursion weather with temperatures up to 27 degrees continues in Hesse on Whit Monday and the days after. Except for a few clouds, it will be sunny and dry up to and including Wednesday, as the German Weather Service in Offenbach predicted on Pentecost Sunday. Up to 27 degrees are possible in southern Hesse, up to 24 degrees are expected in northern Hesse and up to 20 degrees in the higher mountains. At night it cools down – temperatures drop to six to eight degrees. On Whit Monday there can be a little gusty refreshing north-easterly wind.
