Players who received early access to the new part of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 expressed their dissatisfaction, and some even outraged by the game’s storyline on social networks – it takes only 3-4 hours to complete. By comparison, 2011’s Modern Warfare 3 took about 7.5 hours to complete the campaign.
Although the official release of the shooter is scheduled for November 10, some fans who pre-ordered it can already play the campaign thanks to “early access”.
I played the campaign for an hour and took advantage of the refund. And I think you should do the same if you share my feelings. It’s just a few lackluster raid sequences stitched together. Compared to the recently completed COD Remastered, this game does not capture the essence of the campaign. And if this is how the series starts, then I’m sorry, but MW3 does not compensate for the failure at the start of MW2 and continues to mock my wallet. I’ll hold off on playing this game until I hear something positive from the community. World.

Soon the moderators deleted the gamer’s post:
This is a slap in the face, I am shocked and outraged. But all the signs pointed to it, if you really think about it. I’ll admit, there were two or three missions that really stood out. But as far as open combat goes, if that’s the direction for future campaigns, then it’s the official death of CoD.
All they seem to care about is designing a new map for Warzone and cramming every possible mechanic into it.

This is without a doubt the worst and most offensive CoD campaign I have ever played and everyone who worked on this part of the game should be ashamed for releasing it in this form and ACTIVISION should be ashamed for they did with the franchise. They completely ruined all the original characters AND the new ones. Honestly, I liked the WWII campaign better, which was TERRIBLE.
Can’t wait for the final sales, it’ll be fun either way. Thank God I didn’t pay for it.

Other complaints center around the game’s combat mechanics, such as this player who missed every fifth shot because he couldn’t see the center of his crosshairs.
Some players believe that to mitigate negative feedback, Activision is posting identical reviews to artificially inflate the game’s rating.
Meanwhile, the Xbox start screen has turned into an intrusive advertisement for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.
Some members of the Xbox community have called the marketing gimmick “sickening” and “unacceptable,” while others have joked that Microsoft is putting its recent record-breaking acquisition of Activision Blizzard King to good use and we can expect Candy Crush to pre-load on consoles in the near future .
It’s worth noting that Microsoft ran similar ads for Starfield and Forza Motorsport earlier this year. It looks like this kind of full-screen marketing will be the norm in the future – with no option to turn it off.
