Supermassive Games and Bandai Namco understandably didn’t reveal much about the game when Little Nightmares 3 was unveiled at the Gamescom Opening Night Live show back in August. The first two main Tarsier games were filled with mystery that they didn’t want to show much of in trailers, so it seemed like this first game from the Until Dawn developers would follow the same marketing strategy. Until now.
We’ve got our hands on an 18-minute Little Nightmares 3 gameplay video that shows how the game follows in the footsteps of its predecessors, while introducing new mechanics and puzzle types by focusing even more on having an AI or player-controlled character with us at all times. Low and Alone have their own unique abilities that in many cases work perfectly together, so it will be interesting to see if the later parts of the game introduce other imaginative ways to use them.
