He claimed that the new title will be released in November, it will not be called WRC 23, but EA Sports WRC, that it will be released in November and that he saw the cover. Given the credibility he had built up, there was no question of disbelieving his claims, so it is not surprising that some of the information has now been officially confirmed.
Earlier today, another Idle Sloth insider spotted the name of the Twitter account changing from @EASPORTSRally to @EASPORTSWRC, after which EA revealed that they have set up a new game reveal for Tuesday, September 5th at 5pm ET. It is indeed called EA Sports WRC, as confirmed by a short teaser and the prepared premiere of the revealing trailer. “The countdown is on, stay tuned and check out the brand new official FIA World Rally Championship video game!” entices the caption below the video. According to billbil-kun, EA Sports WRC is to be released on November 3rd, and he also mentioned editions and individual prices. We will find out soon whether this information will be confirmed, but everything definitely indicates that the leaker is very well informed this time as well.
