EA SPORTS opened the beta version of a feedback portal for FC 24 on Tuesday. The developer wants to let players have their say – some community members suspect other motives.

Messi gate and Hegerberg faux pas in Ultimate Team, face glitch in career mode, 3vs3 glitch in Squad Battles: EA SPORTS have already made some strange mistakes in FC 24. In order to produce fewer mishaps in the future and to offer players a better experience, the developer has started the beta of a new feedback portal.
Feedback can be given on “several aspects of the game” in just “a few minutes”. To use the portal, you need to log in with the respective EA account, which is also used to play FC 24. The publisher is “looking forward” to the feedback from its community. They, in turn, are still divided in their assessment.
“I really want to believe this is a big win. But only time will tell,” content creator ‘Nick28T’ commented on the X post. He recalls the old forums for FIFA titles, where “all efforts fell on deaf ears.” Nevertheless, the streamer hopes that the portal will be “the start of open communication between us and you” to EA SPORTS.
“We as fans just want to be heard”
The user ‘Maverick’, on the other hand – like some other community members – has a different theory: “This is just something that EA SPORTS can use to promote FC 25. In order to then be able to say: ‘We have taken the feedback into account and responded to the players.”
The account ‘Hainers’ agrees that it is “very difficult to be optimistic.” However, he draws a comparison to NHL, where the developers are “at least trying to fix the game.” He sees the opportunity for a “good exchange between EA SPORTS and the community”. He explains its importance immediately afterwards: “As fans, we just want to be heard.”
