In addition to the name change, EA has brought a few other new features. In the future, women will also be involved in the Ultimate Team and Kylian Mbappé has been replaced as cover star. Erling Haaland can now be seen there.

EA Sports FC: When is the new FIFA coming out?
As far as the release goes, not much has changed with the new name. This year, EA Sports will once again release its new football simulation at the end of September, more precisely on Friday, September 29, 2023.
So you’ll have to wait a few more days unless you have pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition online. Then EA Sports FC 24 will be available a week earlier, on Friday, September 22nd.
EA Sports FC 24: Why is the game no longer called FIFA?
It has been known since spring of last year that EA Sports will no longer publish its games under the name FIFA. Then EA announced that it and the world association FIFA would go their separate ways.
“Electronic Arts today announces that its world-famous soccer games will continue to operate under the new EA SPORTS FC brand starting in 2023,” the press release said. The reason for the change? After much back and forth, no agreement could be reached in a licensing dispute with FIFA.
