Today’s Matchday Experience Deep Dive trailer makes it easier to understand why the developers have been talking so much about how this iteration of the Frostbite engine allows them to streamline the experience with even better looking players, vastly improved lighting and more realistic clothing to raise another level. Combine these fundamental upgrades with faster and more dynamic matchday intros, Guy Mowbray and Sue Smith coming into play as commentators, a new camera option, finally being able to see some situations from the referee’s point of view (yes, me am a referee), more cheers, new types of augmented reality insight overlays that could help you make better tactical decisions, and more engaging menus that increase immersion, and it’s clear EA Sports FC 24 is continuing there , where the FIFA series left off, with small changes and improvements that make the game a little better every year than the last.
