EA Investigates Missing Pre-Order and Deluxe Edition Items in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor

EA says it’s investigating Star Wars Jedi: Survivor players missing pre-order and Deluxe Edition items.

After players went to Reddit and the game’s support site to report the issue, publisher EA responded to confirm that it was “aware of the reports” and was “investigating the issue.”

In the meantime, while the bug is investigated and hopefully fixed, EA is providing a guide on how players can try to fix the issue and get their items back – check it out support page For all details.

According to some players redditeven when items are restored they sometimes disappear again (thanks, Video) And while EA Support’s response indicates that the issue could affect all platforms, it seems to mainly affect players on Xbox.
