district of Osterholz. On Sunday the time has come, then the 3rd Osterholz E-Football district championship will be played. Now definitely not as a face-to-face event, but as an online tournament. Chief organizer Robin Hilker (Bornreihe) had actually postponed the tournament planned for December to January, hoping to be able to meet all the participants at a central location.
“Almost all circles are now doing it as an online tournament with a view to the pandemic,” reports Hilker. The good thing: The German Football Association (DFB) has set up its own website specifically for e-football. At www.dfb-efootball.de you can now register for the Osterholz district championship. Registration closes at 10 a.m. on Sunday, and the tournament begins at 2 p.m. The tournament tree or the game schedules are then created directly on the homepage. “That’s why we won’t find out until Sunday who’s really there,” informs Robin Hilker.
In order to participate, you must be at least 16 years old. Fifa 22 is played in teams of two on the PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5. At least one player in a team of two must be a member of a club registered in the district of Osterholz. The winners qualify for the e-football Niedersachsenpokal, which will be held on January 28th.
