From Monday, November 4, 2024, the new payment methods for employer contributions and arrears are activated, through the IRIS and DIAS online systems, in the context of the adoption of a citizen-centric service culture throughout the range of the multi-channel system that e- EFKA for citizens.
These new payment methods enable users to complete their transactions quickly and securely, reducing red tape and saving valuable time. The transition to digital solutions enhances efficiency and facilitates the payment process.
To complete the necessary configuration of DIAS online services for EFKA EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTIONS payments (code 90201), as well as for K.E.A.O. arrears payments. (code 90220), payment will not be available on the morning of Monday 4/11/2024 for the time period: 9:00 am-10:00 am.
As stated in a relevant announcement, the management and executives of e-EFKA, with the full support of the supervising ministry, continue to work for the digital transformation of the agency, looking forward to a more efficient and citizen-friendly service, while reducing the administrative costs.
