Dzelzs Vilks Drummer Controversy: Artis Orubs Performs at New Year’s Concert Amid Family Drama

Already at the New Year’s Eve concert in Latvia’s 1st rock cafe, drummer Artis Orubs performed with the group “Dzelzs vilks”.

Juris Kaukulis revealed to “Privatā Dzīve” publication that for the time being, until there is no final clarity on how the Yudža family drama will develop, no official decisions will be made in the group regarding the recruitment of a new drummer. Cooperation with Arti is arranged until spring.

We remind you that last summer it became known that the long-time drummer of the band “Dzelzs vilks” Mārčas Yudža’s marriage with Rūta Yudža, the mother of three children, had broken up. The two have not lived together since the end of 2022, and Judzis has started a new relationship. At that time, Yudzis did not comment further on the reasons for the divorce, but stated that a third party was not to blame for the breakup of the marriage.

However, in December 2023, Rūta Judze’s post on social networks caused a wide stir, where she claims that Mārcis was violent during the relationship and now took away the children through court proceedings.

After the open message, Judzis also reacted, denying all the accusations. He claims that Ruth is lying.

“Iron Wolf” also reacted to what was happening by temporarily ceasing cooperation with Yudzi. Shortly after that, Yudzis himself announced that he was saying goodbye to the group forever.

Judze has been publicly defended by his ex-wife Eva Judze, as well as well-known personalities such as Baiba Sipeniece-Gavare and Olga Rajecka.
