Let us note that in the upcoming confrontation Mircea Lucescu will not be able to count on forward Vladislav Vanat, who was sent off in the last round in the match against Kolos.
Kiev’s midfielder Nazar Voloshin is under threat of disqualification. The White-Blues midfielder has already had three bookings this season, so another yellow card will mean an automatic miss for the match.
As for Shakhtar, the Donetsk club does not have any disqualified players. True, two players in Marino Pusic’s team are under threat of disqualification: midfielders Taras Stepanenko and Georgiy Sudakov. Both have three warnings.
